Returns Policy

• Return unopened packs within **14 days** of delivery.
• Products must be in their original, unused condition with all contents included.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we **cannot accept opened packs** for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within **5 working days**.
